Overview of the role

We are looking for a passionate, user-centered UI/UX Designer to join a collaborative and innovative team. You will be responsible for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology.

Ultimately, You will be creating a user-friendly and functional design to make sure the product is easy to use.

Responsibilities

• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
• Conduct early user, market, competitor research, and usability testing
• Create user personas, empathy maps, journey maps, and information architecture
• Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
• Translate requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces
• Incorporate user feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience

Requirements and skills

• You have prior experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• You are proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
• You must have a portfolio of UI/UX design projects.
• You must have the ability to pay attention to even minor details and also be open-minded to receiving feedback.
• You are an excellent communicator and should have the ability to give good, constructive, actionable feedback.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
